cup red wine

lb chuck roast

lb carrot

lb brussel sprouts

Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 350°F. 2: Season chuck with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add beef stock, wine, and aromatics, then roast covered for about 3 hours. 3: Roughly shred the meat and return to the oven uncovered until caramelized for about 10 minutes. 4: Preheat oven to 400°F. 5: Chop veggies and add to a sheet pan.
