cup sugar

lb butternut squash

tsp cinnamon

cup powdered sugar

tsp vanilla bean paste

phyllo pastry
Instructions
1: Wash, de-seed, peel and grate butternut squash. 2: Preheat oven to 400°F. 3: Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté squash with vanilla, sugar, and cinnamon for about 5 minutes or until slightly softened. 4: Brush a phyllo sheet with butter and place one more on top; brush butter again and spread out some of the filling. 5: Roll it up, brush butter again and curl it in; repeat for all 4. 6: Place on a lined baking sheet, sprinkle some sugar and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden perfection and enjoy!View original recipe
