Delicious shawarma made with marinated chicken thighs cooked to perfection, served with a yogurt sauce and garnished with fresh vegetables. A must-try for chicken lovers!

What you need
tsp red wine vinegar
french fries

lemon
tsp salt

pita bread

lettuce

tbsp parsley
cup chicken stock
tbsp tahini

tbsp water

cup greek yogurt
lb chicken thigh

cucumber

clove garlic clove

cup plain full fat yogurt

oz seasoning mix
Instructions
1: Pat dry chicken thighs and marinate with yogurt, Shawarma seasoning, olive oil, lemon juice + zest, garlic, parsley and salt; let it marinate if you have time or start cooking immediately. 2: Preheat oven to 400°F. 3: Pierce chicken thighs as you rotate each into the opposite direction; top with 1/2 a lemon and cover with double foil to prevent the meat from burning; roast for about 2.5 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165°F; baste several times to ensure chicken stays juicy. 4: To make the sauce, mix all ingredients above. 5: Once chicken has cooked, thinly slice it, assemble and enjoy!View original recipe
