Instructions
1: Add olive oil and butter to a skillet; sauté leeks, carrots, and celery until softened, then add garlic cloves, flour, and all seasonings and aromatics; followed by chicken stock, chicken, and peas; simmer briefly and lastly add cream. 2: Preheat oven to 375°F. 3: Slice puff pastry into squares and arrange them on top; brush with egg wash and bake for about 20-25 minutes. 4: Top with flaky sea salt; let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.View original recipe
