Instructions
1: Add olive oil to a pan and crumble ground pork; add shredded carrots, green onions, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and rice vinegar and cook for a few minutes. 2: Place Napa cabbage leaves in boiling water and blanch for a couple of minutes. 3: Roll up the dumplings using two cabbage leaves for each. 4: To make the Gyoza sauce, mix all the ingredients listed for the sauce; pour over the dumplings, top with green onions, and enjoy!View original recipe
