spring roll wrappers

cabbage

carrot

garlic clove

spring onion

tbsp soy sauce

tsp sesame oil

tsp rice vinegar
tsp salt

black pepper

Instructions
1: Shred cabbage and cut carrot into matchsticks; chop green onions. 2: Add 2 tbs of olive oil to a pan and sauté cabbage and carrots until semi softened; make a well in the middle, add 1 tbs of olive oil and sauté garlic; add Skipjack Tuna Fish, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, salt and pepper; stir to combine. 3: Place about 1/4 cup of the filling in the corner of a spring roll wrapper; tuck the edges in and roll as you seal with beaten egg at the end. 4: Heat oil to about 350°F and fry spring rolls in batches until golden. 5: Serve with Sweet Chili Ginger sauce or enjoy on their own.View original recipe
