What you need

lb skinless boneless chicken thighs

cup skim milk greek yogurt

garlic clove

tbsp parsley

lemon
tsp salt
cup chicken stock

cup skim milk yogurt
tbsp tahini
tsp red wine vinegar

tbsp water

pita bread
french fries

Instructions
1: Pat dry chicken thighs and marinate with yogurt, Shawarma seasoning, olive oil, lemon juice + zest, garlic, parsley, and salt; let it marinate if you have time, otherwise start cooking immediately. 2: Preheat oven to 400°F. 3: Pierce chicken thighs as you rotate each into the opposite direction; top with 1/2 a lemon and cover with double foil to prevent the meat from burning; roast for about 2.5 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165°F; baste several times to ensure chicken stays juicy. 4: To make the sauce, mix all ingredients above. 5: Once chicken has cooked, thinly slice it, assemble, and enjoy!View original recipe
