What you need

cup olive oil

cauliflower florets
tsp salt

tsp smoked paprika

tsp garlic powder

tsp chili flakes

cup parsley

cup cilantro

fresno pepper

garlic clove
tbsp red wine vinegar

tbsp honey

Instructions
1: Add 1 cup of water and 1/2 tsp of salt to a pot and steam cauliflower for about 10 minutes. 2: Preheat oven to 400°F. 3: Once cauliflower has been steamed, drizzle olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika; roast for about 10 minutes. 4: In the meantime, make the Chimichurri by adding all the ingredients to a food processor and give it a blitz. 5: Once cauliflower has cooked completely, pour chimichurri generously and enjoy!View original recipe
