These delicious salmon cakes are made with fresh salmon, vegetables, and seasonings, pan-seared to golden perfection. They can be enjoyed on their own or served with garlic aioli and a fresh salad.

What you need

lb salmon
egg
cup flour

cup bread crumbs
cup mayonnaise

tbsp worcestershire sauce

tbsp dijon mustard

pinch black pepper
pinch salt

red bell pepper

green onion

parsley

cilantro

garlic clove

lemon
garlic butter
Instructions
1: Pat dry and season salmon with olive oil, salt and pepper, and cook through; air fry at 390 F for 12 minutes. 2: Chop your vegetables and shred the cooked fish. 3: Mix all the ingredients together. 4: Scoop the mixture into 8 balls, flatten, and shape them into cakes. 5: Coat them with more bread crumbs for extra crunchiness. 6: Pan sear in olive oil over medium heat until golden on both sides. 7: Optionally serve with garlic aioli and fresh squeezed lemon juice.View original recipe
