What you need

tsp chive

tbsp parsley

ground black pepper

tsp salt

tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions
1. Defrost and rinse lobster meat, pat it dry and sauté in 2 tbs olive and 2 tbs butter, season with salt and pepper, cook for a few minutes and set it aside; don’t overcook it or it will get rubbery; 2. Into the same pan, crush some garlic and cook until fragrant, add wine and lemon juice; reduce half way; add the rest of the butter, let it melt, bring lobster meat back into the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes; adjust salt and pepper; 3. Finish with parley and chives; serve with garlic rubbed crostini and enjoyView original recipe
