What you need

chive

chili seasoning mix

cup parmigiano reggiano
clove garlic

dried bay leaves

rosemary

thyme

cup chicken broth

ground black pepper
tsp salt

tsp smoked paprika

tsp paprika

cup white wine

tbsp unsalted butter

oz yellow onion

skinless boneless chicken breast
Instructions
1. Preheat oven at 400F; 2. Pat dry chicken breast and season with olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper; add 1 tbs of olive oil to a skillet and sear chicken on both sides until golden; set aside; 3. Add more olive oil and sauté your onions; season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika and cook until softened; add butter, garlic, thyme, rosemary and bay leaf, stir to combine; pour wine and cook it half way down; lastly add bone broth and bring the chicken back into the pan; 4. Finish cooking in the oven for another 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature is at 165 F; 5. Garnish with Parmigiano Reggiano, chili flakes, chives and enjoy!View original recipe
