lb jumbo shrimp

baguette

tsp old bay seasoning

cup butter

cup mayonnaise

oz cream cheese

cup mozzarella

oz crab meat

Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400°F. 2: Mix cream cheese with crab meat, mayonnaise, Horseradish, lemon juice + zest, salt, black pepper, Old Bay seasoning, corn, red pepper and parsley. 3: Cut baguette in half lengthwise and brush with melted garlic butter on all sides. 4: Place seafood filling generously over the baguette and sprinkle with mozzarella. 5: Bake for about 15-20 minutes. 6: In the meantime, clean shrimp and season with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. 7: Sear shrimp for about 1-2 minutes per side over medium-high heat. 8: Once the baguette has cooked to a golden perfection, top with the bronzed shrimp and chives. 9: Serve with lemon and enjoy!View original recipe
