What you need

cup parmigiano reggiano

tsp salt

cup panko breadcrumbs

cup flour
egg
lemon zest

anchovy filets

tsp dijon mustard

cup mayonnaise

fl oz lemon juice

tsp black pepper

chicken breast

clove garlic clove

head lettuce
oz parmigiano reggiano cheese
Instructions
1: Preheat your air-fryer to 370°F. 2: Cube the chicken and dredge in flour; beat the egg and dip chicken into the egg and then into the breadcrumbs. 3: Brush olive oil and air-fry the chicken for 15 minutes, flipping once half way through. 4: To make the dressing, crush garlic and anchovies until you have a paste consistency, then mix with mayonnaise, olive oil, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Parmigiano Reggiano, salt, and black pepper. 5: Toss the lettuce into the dressing and pile high on a serving platter. 6: Finish with Parmigiano Reggiano, lemon zest, black pepper, chicken croutons, and enjoy!View original recipe
