tbsp seafood seasoning

tbsp butter

tsp salt

tbsp dijon mustard
lemon
tbsp parsley

cup white wine

Instructions
1: Pat dry fish and brush Dijon mustard on both sides; season with seafood or Cajun seasoning. 2: Sear fish in olive oil over medium high heat and set it aside. 3: In the same pan melt 3 tbs butter and saute garlic until fragrant; add wine and lemon juice; cook it down and season with salt and pepper; turn the heat off and emulsify with 2 tbs butter. 4: Bring the fish back into the pan, top with parsley and enjoy!View original recipe
