What you need

tsp bbq sauce

tsp ground black pepper

tsp smoked paprika

tsp paprika

tsp onion powder

tsp garlic powder

tsp kosher salt

tbsp yellow mustard

Instructions
1. Pat dry chicken and brush mustard all over them sprinkle the dry rub; 2. Throw on the grill at about 350-400 F for about an hour mostly bones down or until internal temperature in the middle of the breast is around 165 F; keep grill covered; 3.
