Chicken Tikka Masala with Naan

What you need

chicken breast
tsp salt

tsp black pepper

tbsp heavy cream

tbsp cilantro
oz bread flour
cup warm water

cup plain yogurt

tsp instant yeast

tsp sugar
tsp salt

tbsp butter

tbsp cilantro
Instructions
1: To a hand stand mixer add water, yeast, salt, sugar, yogurt and half of the flour; knead for a few and then add the rest of the flour; knead for a few more minutes. 2: Shape dough into a ball and cut into 6 pieces; roll into small balls them over a floured surface, cover with a towel and let them rest for 1 hour. 3: Roll the dough into pitas about 1/4 inch thick and let them rest covered for another 10 minutes. 4: Sauté chicken in olive oil with salt and pepper until golden and pour Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce over along with 1/4 cup water and let it simmer for 10 minutes while you cook the naan. 5: Heat a skillet over medium high heat and cook naan for about 1 minute per side; brush naan with melted butter with cilantro. 6: Once chicken is done simmering finish with a drizzle of cream, fresh cilantro, lime wedges, dip fresh naan and enjoy!View original recipe
