What you need

tsp aleppo pepper

tbsp parsley

tbsp red wine vinegar

tsp pomegranate molasses

tsp salt

tsp sumac

pita bread

clove garlic clove

red bell pepper
tbsp walnut

bunch za'atar spice blend
Instructions
1: Wash and roast red peppers however you wish; air fry them at 375 F for about 30 minutes, then let cool; peel and de-seed. 2: To a food processor, add peppers, walnuts, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, pomegranate molasses, Aleppo pepper, sumac, and salt; give it a blitz. 3: Serve with warmed pita bread and za’atar for dipping.View original recipe
