Instructions
1: Peel, wash, and cut potatoes into strips. 2: Add potatoes to 2 baking sheets (don’t overcrowd them) and season with cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chipotle powder, and mix well, then drizzle olive oil and mix again. 3: Bake in a preheated oven at 400 F for about 45-50 minutes or until desired doneness, flipping once halfway through. 4: To make the yogurt sauce, mix yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon zest, olive oil, parsley, and salt. 5: Combine both trays before serving, dip in the yogurt sauce, and enjoy!View original recipe
