Instructions
1: Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder. 2: Preheat oven to 400°F. 3: Sauté chicken thighs in olive oil on both sides; add in garlic cloves, leeks, mushrooms; season with more olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano. 4: Pour wine and chicken stock, add aromatics and pop in the oven; cook covered for 20 minutes and uncovered for 15 minutes. 5: Serve with crusty bread and enjoy!View original recipe
