Instructions
1. Wash and cut cauliflower into florets; 2. Beat 3 eggs, season with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder; toss florets into the egg mixture and then coat them in cornflakes; 3. Add florets onto a baking sheet and spray generously with olive oil; toast at 400 F for about 40 mins as you flip once half way through; 4. Drizzle buffalo sauce, blue cheese dressing, chopped green onions and enjoy!View original recipe
