Cinnamon Rolls

These cinnamon rolls are incredibly soft and gooey, topped with a delicious buttery cream cheese frosting that melts in your mouth. Perfect for a special breakfast or treat!

What you need

tsp active dry yeast

tsp salt

cup sugar

cup flour
egg

tbsp butter

cup heavy whipping cream

tbsp cinnamon

cup brown sugar

oz cream cheese

cup powdered sugar

tsp vanilla
Instructions
1: Warm up milk and add yeast and sugar, stir and let it sit for a few, then add egg and beat it quickly. 2: Pour the mixture into the bowl of a stand mixer and add half of the flour, start kneading; add the rest of the flour and knead for about 10 minutes. 3: Pour melted butter and knead until fully absorbed. 4: Pour dough on a floured surface, shape it into a ball; add it to a greased bowl, cover and let it proof in a preheated oven at around 125°F for an hour. 5: Prepare the filling by mixing butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. 6: Once dough has risen, roll it into an 18x12 inch rectangle; spread the butter, sprinkle the filling, and roll it; cut into 11 rolls using a thread. 7: Place on a baking sheet, pour warm heavy whipping cream on each roll, and bake at 375°F for about 15 minutes. 8: To make the cream cheese frosting, beat cream cheese with butter, sugar, and vanilla. 9: Once rolls have slightly cooled off, spread the frosting on top and enjoy!View original recipe
