tbsp honey

oz goat cheese
cup EVOO

splash heavy cream

tsp fresh ground pepper

tsp salt

beet

clove garlic clove

cup white balsamic vinegar

bunch mixed greens
Instructions
1: Boil beets over medium heat for about an hour or until softened. Set aside and let cool. 2: Once cooled, chop beets, add desired dressing, and let marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. 3: To make the dressing, add all dressing ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend well. 4: For the whipped goat cheese, add goat cheese and heavy cream to a food processor and blend until smooth. 5: Smudge the whipped goat cheese on a plate. 6: Add beets, alternating red and yellow, followed by candied pecans and greens. 7: Finish with olive oil, serve, and enjoy.View original recipe
