Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 350°F. 2: Peel and add garlic cloves to a small pot with olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary; roast for about an hour and a half. 3: Preheat oven to 450°F. 4: Add tomatoes, red onion, Kalamata olives, capers, garlic confit, garlic oil, white wine, Italian seasoning, lemon zest, and juice to a skillet and roast for about 20 minutes; then broil sardines on top for about 5 minutes. 5: Season baguette crostini with olive oil, salt, and pepper and toast on a pan; rub with garlic clove. 6: Serve sardines atop crostini or dip in the sauce to enjoy.View original recipe
