Instructions
1: Pat dry and season chicken breast with salt and pepper. 2: Sauté chicken in 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter with thyme and rosemary; sear on one side, then flip and cover the pan; cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F. 3: In the same pan, add 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons butter, and garlic; sauté sliced mushrooms and chopped tarragon. 4: Add wine and let it evaporate partially; then add bone broth and simmer for a few minutes. 5: Stir in creme Fraiche and whole grain mustard; bring chicken back into the pan and adjust salt and pepper. 6: Finish with chopped parsley and enjoy.View original recipe
