Instructions
1: Wash and cut zucchini into thin slices. 2: Drizzle olive oil and season with salt and pepper; mix well. 3: Pan sear on a greased pan over medium heat until golden on both sides. 4: Add a scoop of Alouette cheese and roll zucchini. Place over marinara sauce and roast at 400°F for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melty. 5: While zucchini are cooling, make the crostini by slicing the bread and seasoning with olive oil, salt, and pepper on both sides, then bake at 400°F for about 7 minutes. 6: Rub a garlic clove over the toasted crostini. 7: Finish with basil chiffonade and Parmigiano Regiano, then enjoy!View original recipe
