Juicy Apple Cider Pork Tenderloin

What you need

butternut squash

apple
cup apple cider vinegar
tsp italian seasoning

tbsp worcestershire sauce
tbsp maple syrup

tsp black pepper

tbsp honey dijon mustard

cup apple cider
tsp salt

shallot
pork tenderloin

clove garlic clove

lb baby potato

tbsp chipotle
tsp salt & pepper
Instructions
1: Trim your tenderloins and remove the silver lining; add meat and marinade ingredients to a zipper bag and refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight. 2: Cut your veggies and apples and add to a baking sheet; season with olive oil, salt, pepper, espelette pepper, and Italian seasoning; roast at 400°F for about 30 minutes. 3: Take tenderloins out of the marinade, pat dry, brush with honey Dijon, and season with chipotle seasoning then pan-sear in olive oil over medium heat on all sides. 4: Transfer tenderloins to the veggie tray, pour some of the pan drippings over, and finish cooking for another 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature is at 145°F. 5: Add the remaining marinade to the pan and reduce to a desired thickness then strain. 6: Let cool for a few, slice, pour sauce over, and enjoy!View original recipe
