What you need

dill
ground black pepper
tsp salt

tsp oregano

lemon

oz feta

cup spinach
clove garlic

red onion

cup kalamata olive
lb cherry tomato

Instructions
1. Preheat oven at 400 F; 2. To a sheet pan add tomatoes, Kalamata olives, onions, garlic, lemon slices, olive oil, white wine, oregano and black pepper; mix and roast for about 15-20 minutes; 3. Season fish with olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon zest; 4. Add spinach and gently mix with the roasted veggies, nest the fish, crumble feta cheese and put back in the oven until fish reaches 145 F for about 20 minutes; 5. Finish with dill, serve with lemon and enjoy!View original recipe
