Instructions
1: Peel, wash and chop potatoes; boil in salted water until fork tender; mash potatoes however you like, preferably using the sieve method. 2: Mix mashed potatoes with Kelchner’s Horseradish, Parmigiano Reggiano, flour, chives, parsley, salt and pepper. 3: Scoop out mashed potatoes, coat them in breadcrumbs and lightly roll. 4: Deep fry in batches at 350 degrees F until golden. 5: To make the sauce: mix all the ingredients above. 6: Serve potato balls with more Parmigiano Reggiano, chives then dip in and enjoy!View original recipe
