oz parmigiano reggiano

tbsp sour cream

lemon
tsp salt

tsp garlic powder

tbsp bbq sauce

tsp bbq seasoning

tsp chipotle powder
tsp mayonnaise

bunch fresh chives
ear corn
Instructions
1: Preheat air fryer at 400°F. 2: Cut corn into ribs, mix olive oil with all the seasonings and spices, and brush the ribs. 3: Air fry for about 15 minutes, flipping once halfway through. 4: To make the dipping sauce, mix all ingredients specified for it. 5: Brush some of the dipping sauce on the ribs, reserve the rest for dipping, and top with Parmigiano Reggiano and chives.View original recipe
