Instructions
1. Wash and boil potatoes in salted water until firm tender for about 30 mins; 2. Smash potatoes with the bottom of a cup and brush them on both sides with a mix of olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper; 3. Pop them in a preheated air-fryer at 390 F for about 10 mins as you flip them half way through; 4. To make the aioli- mix mayonnaise, yogurt, Calabrian chili peppers, garlic lemon juice, lemon zest and salt; 5. Serve potatoes with the aioli, finish with chives, more zest and enjoy!View original recipe
