zucchini

cup cornflakes
tsp salt

tsp paprika

tsp smoked paprika

tsp garlic powder
tsp oregano

dill

cup skim milk yogurt
tbsp mayonnaise

tsp garlic powder
tsp salt

lemon

tbsp dill
Instructions
1: Wash and cut zucchini into sticks (cut once in half, once lengthwise - and then each piece into 3 wedges) and throw in a bowl. 2: To a food processor add cornflakes, paprika, smoked paprika, salt, garlic powder, and oregano, and process until finely chopped. 3: Coat zucchini with olive oil and toss with the cornflakes mixture; transfer on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F for about 30-35 minutes. 4: To make the yogurt garlic sauce, mix all the ingredients above. 5: Finish with chopped dill and enjoy.View original recipe
