What you need
spring roll wrappers

tsp rice vinegar

carrot

cup frying oil

tbsp soy sauce
tsp salt

clove garlic clove

tsp sesame oil

tsp black pepper

head cabbage
egg

bunch spring onion

fl oz sweet chilli sauce

Instructions
1: Shred cabbage and cut carrot into matchsticks; chop green onions. 2: Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to pan and sauté cabbage and carrots until semi softened; make a well in the middle, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté garlic; add Skipjack Tuna Fish, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper; stir to combine. 3: Place about 1/4 cup of the filling in the corner of a spring roll wrapper; tuck the edges in and roll, sealing with beaten egg at the end. 4: Heat oil to about 350°F and fry spring rolls in batches until golden. 5: Serve with Sweet Chili Ginger sauce or enjoy on its own.View original recipe
