lb cooked green lentils

yellow onion

carrot

golden potatoes

red bell pepper

cup cherry tomato

garlic clove

tbsp tomato paste

tbsp parsley
tsp salt

tsp black pepper

red wine vinegar
Instructions
1: Chop onion, carrot, and potatoes; sauté in olive oil over medium heat until lightly softened. 2: Add chopped pepper and thinly sliced garlic. 3: Rinse and add your green lentils, chopped cherry tomatoes, tomato paste, and about 12 cups of water.
