tsp baking powder

tsp parsley
tsp dill

cup corn meal

pickle

tsp salt

cup mayo

tsp capers
lemon

fl oz avocado oil

tsp dijon mustard

cup flour

lb cod fillet

Instructions
1: To make tartar sauce, mix all ingredients above and set it aside. 2: Peel and cut potatoes with a crinkle cutter; drop in boiling salted water and par boil for 7-8 minutes; let them cool on a cooling rack. 3: Heat frying oil to 350°F and fry potatoes in batches until lightly golden; then fry them again until deep golden and super crispy. 4: To make the batter, mix ingredients above; season fish with salt and pepper, sprinkle with flour, coat in the batter, and deep fry until golden on both sides. 5: Sprinkle some salt on top of the fish and potatoes; serve with tartar sauce and enjoy!View original recipe
