Mediterranean Lamb Meatballs over Garlic Yogurt Sauce with Chopped Tomato Cucumber Salad

What you need

tbsp parsley

cup cherry tomato

persian cucumber
tbsp mint

tbsp dill
clove garlic

cup plain greek yogurt

tsp rosemary

tsp ground black pepper

tsp coriander seed

tsp ground cumin
tsp salt
egg

cup panko

yellow onion

lb ground lamb
Instructions
1. Preheat air- fryer to 390 F; 2. Mix ground lamb with onion, breadcrumbs, egg yolk, cumin, coriander, salt, pepper and rosemary; water your hands and roll into 7 meatballs; air-fry for about 12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 F; 3. To make the yogurt sauce mix all ingredients above; 4. To make the salad- chop tomatoes, cucumbers, dill and parsley and dress with salt and olive oil; 5. Smear sauce on the plate, add the meatballs and salad, drizzle olive oil and enjoy!View original recipe
