cup bbq sauce

tbsp apple cider vinegar

tbsp tomato paste

can mango

tsp smoked paprika

tsp black pepper

tsp coriander

tsp garlic powder

tsp salt

tsp fresh sage

Instructions
1: Remove membrane and pat dry ribs. 2: Make the marinade by mixing all the ingredients above. 3: Brush rib racks on both sides, cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 1.5 hours. 4: Brush the rest of the sauce and throw on the grill for a few minutes per side until charred. 5: Make the dipping sauce by mixing 1/2 cup drippings and 1/2 cup BBQ sauce of choice. 6: Optionally serve with cornbread, beans, and coleslaw; dip in and enjoy!View original recipe
