shallot

Instructions
1: Set your Hamilton Beach Cast Iron Grill to 400 F and place your bacon; cook until desired crispness on both sides and set aside. 2: Slice shallot and boiled potatoes and sear them in some of the bacon fat; move to the side. 3: Melt some butter and fry your eggs to your liking. 4: Assemble and enjoy!View original recipe
