Instructions
1. To a blender add chick peas, chick pea water, salt, cumin, tahini, lemon juice, tahini, olive oil and garlic cloves and blend until really smooth; 2. Toss the salad with some olive oil, salt and sumac; 3. Spread the hummus on the plate, top it with the salad, olive oil and paprika; 4.
