ground black pepper
fine sea salt

parmigiano reggiano

lemon

parsley

garlic

Instructions
1. Soak skewers in water so they don’t burn; 2. Cut tenders into chunks that are about the same size; 3. To make the marinate- mix olive oil, lemon zest + juice, garlic, parsley, Parmigiano Reggiano, salt and pepper; 4. Pour marinate over as you reserve a bit to brush after grilling; 5.
