Herby Lemon Garlic Confit Haddock

Instructions
1: Add garlic, olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper to a ramekin and air fry at 250 F for about 30 mins or until garlic is soft. 2: Pour most of the garlic oil into the skillet and place your haddock filets, season with salt and pepper; cover and cook for about 5 mins or until internal temperature is at least 145 F. 3: Smash the garlic cloves, add dill, parsley, lemon juice + zest, melted butter, and black pepper; if too thick add a splash of water. 4: Once haddock has cooked, pour the sauce over and enjoy!View original recipe
