What you need

tbsp aged balsamic vinegar

tbsp water

tbsp sugar

oz strawberries

black pepper

tbsp honey

tbsp extravirgin olive oil

oz goat cheese
Instructions
Method: 1. Preheat oven to 425 F; 2. Using a cookie cutter cut out heart shaped bread slices; season with olive oil, salt and pepper and sear on a skillet; 3. On a baking dish, drizzle olive oil and place Bijou Aged Goat Cheese; drizzle more extra virgin olive oil, honey and a scrunch of black pepper and bake for about 10 minutes; 4. Wash, trim and halve strawberries; add them to a pan with water and sugar and cook for a few minutes; finish with balsamic vinegar of Modena; 5.
