The Best Cinnamon Rolls

What you need

powdered sugar

cream cheese

ground cinnamon

light-brown sugar

heavy cream

unsalted butter

egg

all purpose flour

granulated sugar

salt

dry yeast

milk
Instructions
1. Warm up milk and add yeast and sugar to it , stir and let it sit for a few then add egg and beat it quickly; 2. Pour the mixture into the bowl of a hand stand mixer and add half of the flour, start kneading; add the rest of the flour and knead for about 10 minutes; in the end pour melted butter and knead until it’s fully absorbed; 3. Pour dough on a floured surface, shape it into a ball; add it to a greased bowl, cover and let it proof in a preheat oven at around 125 F for an hour; (oven should be off when you place the dough in); 4. In the meantime prepare the filling my munching butter, brown sugar and cinnamon; 5. Once dough has risen, pour it over a floured surface and roll into a 18x12 inch rectangle; spread the butter and sprinkle the filling and roll it; cut into 11 rolls using a thread; 6. Place on a baking sheet, pour warm heavy whipping cream on each roll and bake at 375 F for about 15 mins; 7. To make the cream cheese frosting- beat cream cheese with butter, sugar and vanilla; 8.
