Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 450°F. 2: Wash and pat dry the carrots. If some are significantly larger, split them in half. Season with olive oil, salt, and pepper and roast for about 25 minutes. 3: In a food processor, add goat cheese, honey, olive oil, orange juice, salt, and pepper.
