cauliflower
bunch kale

oz cherry tomato
tsp salt

tsp black pepper

tsp turmeric

red onion

cup kalamata olive

cup feta

tbsp balsamic vinegar
tsp salt
tsp oregano
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400°F. 2: Cut cauliflower into small florets; season with olive oil, salt, pepper, and turmeric; roast for about 20 minutes. 3: Remove kale stems, tear it up, and add to the roasted cauliflower; season with olive oil and salt and roast for 4 minutes. 4: Once roasted, add to a salad bowl along with cherry tomatoes, red onions, Kalamata olives, and feta. 5: To make the dressing, whisk all ingredients together; pour over, mix well, and enjoy!View original recipe
