Bacon Wrapped Stilton Stuffed Figs

Fig season is way too short, so when figs are in season I try to enjoy them as much as I can in many various ways! These stuffed figs are such a treat- sweet, salty, melty and crunchy all at the same time!

black peppercorn

tbsp honey

fresh figs

blue cheese
Instructions
1. Wash figs and remove the stem. Make one incision half way down the fig. 2. Place Stilton cheese in the fig and wrap with a bacon slice. 3. Air fry at 390 F for 10-12 mins. 4. Crack some fresh ground pepper, drizzle honey and enjoy!View original recipe
