Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps- these would blow your mind, they are so quick to put together and I great low carb option although this chicken tastes amazing over white rice!

What you need

butterhead lettuce

sesame seed

cilantro

scallion
ground black pepper

dark sesame oil
fine sea salt

lime

thai chili

soy sauce

ginger root

garlic

yellow onion
raw cashews

carrot

lb skinless chicken thigh
Instructions
1. Julienne carrots and chop onions; 2. Sauté chicken thighs in olive oil with a bit of salt and black pepper until lightly caramelized and set aside; 3. In the same pan sauté onions until softened, shred ginger and garlic, bring the chicken back along with carrots and cashews; add sweet chili sauce, soy sauce and lime juice, stir well and cook for a few; 4. Finish with chopped green onions and cilantro; 5. Serve with lettuce wraps and enjoy!View original recipe
