Instructions
1: Pat dry chicken and marinate with yogurt, Tandoori seasoning, lemon juice + zest, and salt for at least 30 mins or overnight. 2: Preheat oven to 400 F. 3: Sear chicken over a greased skillet/pan until charred on both sides; brush the remaining marinade along with all the juices, drizzle with olive oil, and finish cooking in the oven until internal temperature reaches 165 F. 4: To make the rice, add all ingredients to a rice cooker. 5: To serve, add rice, chicken, red onions, cilantro, and lemon chunks to enjoy a delicious meal!View original recipe
