cup olive oil
lb purple potatoes

tsp vidalia onion
tsp italian seasoning

tsp black pepper

cup parsley

cup cilantro

garlic clove
tbsp red wine vinegar

tbsp honey

lime
tsp salt
tsp oregano
Instructions
1: Preheat air fryer to 390 F. 2: Peel, wash, and cube potatoes.
