What you need

onion

lemon zest

bunch basil leaves

cup white wine
cup pasta water

tbsp parsley

lb spaghetti

tsp black pepper

tbsp capers

clove garlic clove

cup kalamata olive
anchovy

cup fresh tomatoes

can canned albacore tuna
Instructions
1: Sauté diced onion and crushed garlic in olive oil until fragrant, then add tuna chunks and anchovies, followed by white wine and tomato sauce. 2: Salt your water and drop spaghetti into the boiling water. 3: Add Kalamata olives and capers into the pan and bring to a simmer. 4: Once pasta is cooked Al Dente, add it to the pan with some pasta water and cook for another 2 minutes. 5: Finish with parsley, black pepper, and lemon zest.
