Balsamic Strawberry with Creamy Goat and Mascarpone Cheese Toast

This is pure indulgence and it’s super easy to make! A great option for summer hosting as well! We picked these strawberries from a local farm and they were perfectly juicy and delicious!

sourdough bread
Instructions
1. Wash your strawberries and add them to a pan/saucepan along with 1 tablespoon sugar and cook until the juices are released; add in balsamic glaze and cook until slightly thickened; set aside; 2. Drizzle olive oil and toast your bread; 3. To make the cheese mixture- mix goat cheese, mascarpone and honey; 4. Smear the cheese on the bread, add your balsamic strawberries, finish with thyme, basil, flaky salt and enjoy!View original recipe
